RANDOM STUFF

To Do during the Holy Week

7:29 AM

I've thought of giving myself a treat this holy week. I'm jotting down all the things I intend to do. Hopefully, would be able to do it!!!

1. Detox

I've been a "junkie" ever since I finished college. Chips, chocolates and other sweets are heaven to me. Almost everyday I will eat chips during work hour :(( And I feel that my body is shouting for some freshness! She needs to breathe.. and I'm gonna do it starting Holy Wednesday until Black Saturday.. Supposedly it's 7days but since I don't have time because I'm working and I can't eat just fruits when I work, I'm cutting it down to 3days. Fruits.. Fruits and Fruits, that's all I'll eat for 3days.

2. Get tons of sleep

Disturbances in my sleeping pattern usually happens when I'm uber stress. I didn't get enough of sleep for weeks. That is why, I got these.. unclear skin, pimples and eye bags. Will definitely, have a beauty rest this vacation. Yey!!! :))

3. Exercise

This one, I'm guilty. Been very lethargic for the past few months. Usually, after praying, the next thing I do when I wake up in the morning is exercising for 15 minutes. I wasn't able to do it for months. Lazy, Lazy, Lazy Cristin! Poor me. On the contrary, Noel is a very active person. He does biking and other activities the active people is doing :)) He's criticizing me not getting any exercise and keep on reminding that exercise is not just for weight loss it's one way also of making your blood circulate around your body system. Starting Holy Wednesday, I will exercise in the morning and I'll try to keep up with the routine.

4. Update my blog and surrrfin' the net

I hate it for obviously being very busy the last three months at work. After work, I didn't have the energy to blog. All I wanna do is lie down and get sleep which I didn't get as usual. That's what stress can do.

5. Read books

The thing I always wanted to do but didn't have the luxe of time. Hopefully, will get myself a good read every now and then. :))

I know each of us has a goal to accomplish this Lenten Season, a place to go to or an activity to be done, I hope that we shall never forget that it's also the time we pause, reflect and uplift our spirits to The One up there.

Happy vacation everybody.

May we all have a meaningful Lenten Week!
