This is the second out of town trip we had together. Taken from the airplane.
Just like the first one, we were so bitin because we just had 2days to get around the place. I must say, every trip I had with Noel is like chasing the weekend. We never had the chance for staying out for 3days and up. Si Noel kasi parati ang may sabit sa schedule. Ako, I can take on leave naman for how many days but I just don't know with him.. Well, enough.
As Noel said this trip was so surreal. First, it was the week when "Habagat" hit NCR and nearby provinces. It didn't stop raining for a week and a couple of days that brought so many unpleasant experiences. Second, we went there with no scheduled tour for two days. Third, it was during this trip that we get up close with some of the Filipino Celebs, Kapuso Stars because they had a show in Legaspi. From the time we depart Manila to the hotel and going back to Manila we were with them. They were a big group. Kami lang ang napahalo sa kanila. Most of them are Kapuso Stars and GMA staff and crew, I think. Ayun..I remember the one assisting us in the airport was so distracted because he was looking at the celebs. Hehehe.. Ganun pala ang makasabay ng mga artista sa trip..
Since it's been a week long gloomy in Manila, I was so happy beacuse aside from the sunshine, the Mayon Volcano was there welcoming the tourist and balikbayan! :)) Indeed a nice view, ngayon palang ako nakakakita ng lugar in my entire travel na ang main tourist spot is there as you get off from the plane. It's just like waving a big HELLO to you! :)

With it's elegant look and good customer service, I can say that whenever I have the chance of going back, I will stay here.
As I have said earlier, we came there having no scheduled tour. Due to limited budget, what we have just in mind was that we will take a public transpo to get into places. Luckily, Noel's friend is from Tabaco City. Noel talked to this friend in Laguna until Noel phoned the couple in and they were generous enough that they offered their place for us to stay in but we said we had a hotel already, they offered to have our lunch there in their house and the most Kuya Dan toured us around Legaspi, Tabaco and Daraga.
Our first stop, Tabaco City. This is Cris family business.
After taking our lunch at the couple's place we went to Busay Falls. They told us that the water their is clean. It's so happened that at the time we went there, it was Saturday and the kids were out to swim and play around.
Our next stop was at Black Sand Beach in Malilipot.
Before going back to hotel, we went to this mall ehich I forgot the name. It;s like a tiangge inside where the products they are selling are bags and other crafts proudly made by the Bicolanos.
On the second day, we went to Daraga to see the Cagsawa Ruins. You may see every tourist smiling and posing infront of the camera but the memories instill in it were really sad. This part of Daraga, was the other place where the Lava and rocks from Mayon Volcano went when it erupted long time ago. Thousands were killed.
After we took our lunch, we headed to Mayon Planetarium. Medyo kalahati na narating ko sa Mayon Volcano. It was really a mixed emotions. Happy because there's this place with lots of trees, malamig, no pollution at all, lahat yun wala sa Manila. I was feeling sad though as we go through because I know na marami ang nabiktima when Mayon Volcano erupted. You can see that there's a rock as big as a bungalow house, can you imagine how hard and scary it was back then.
Anyway, going back about the planetarium PHIVOLCS were stationed here before when they had to do some tests and reading etc. before it become Mayon Planetarium.
Our pictures in the hotel :))
elevator kids.. hehehe
