Traveled with officemates early April this year. I must say that Beijing exceeded my expectation. It's really a nice place. As we go along our itinerary, I had observed that some of their buildings, the designs seems to be the same as the other.
According to our tourist guide, on the day we arrived, it was a "good weather". Meaning, not raining and not too cold so she decided to tour us around Tiananmen Square.
Since we just arrived from a very HOT Manila with light clothing, 11 degrees Celsius Beijing was really that cold for us. Here's our nilalamig na group pix. :)
Am I lost in the massive Forbidden City?! Not lost, but numb due to coldness. I was wearing a spag strap, knitted longsleeves and a windbreaker, skinny jeans, foot socks and sneakers but man, nanunuot sa bones ang lamiig!!! Mahirap talaga pag sinabak na agad sa tour na di pa nakapagbihis!!! Grrr!

For dinner, the group decided to go out and walk around the vicinity of the hotel. The temperature dropped to 1 degree. We were not able to walk around. Due to really cold and windy night, after dinner, most of us decided to go back the hotel. Experienced walking na nagtatago sa likod ng kasama so to get shield when the wind blew. At when the wind grew strong, nasa gilid kami ng buildings, nagpapatila ng malakas na hangin! Hahaha!
